Due to the size of the Clear Creek Rapidgrass venue, we will only be offering 200 tent camping passes on site for the Quinn baseball field. Camping passes must be purchased in advance or day of festival and each pass is 1 TENT PER PERSON .
Camping on Quinn field opens on Friday, August 4 at 12pm. All tents must be off the ball fields by 12pm Sunday August 6. NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED ON QUINN FIELD, this is TENT ONLY camping.
You may purchase a Rapid Grass shower/pool pass for $5/day for access to the facilities at the Clear Creek Recreation Center (only available for same day festival attendance).
There is no RV parking at this time.
Open campfires will not be allowed on Quinn baseball field or in the parking lots. You may use a ‘firebowl’ or a ‘Chiminea’ if there are no county fire restrictions in place at the time of the festival. Campfires must be in a metal container and off the ground. Propane stoves and charcoal grills are allowed. Campsites are first come, first served. If you are camping in a group or with friends you should arrive with them.
Rules
No pets allowed on the festival grounds or camping areas: This includes dogs, cats, iguanas, snakes, fruit bats, and any other animals.
No Alcohol, No Glass Containers Please feel free to bring in your own cooler with food and non-alcoholic drinks. Beer will be available at the festival in designated areas.
No smoking directly on the festival or camping sites. Smoking areas will be designated.
