  • 2 DAY EVENT PASSES $40 (17 & under FREE)

  • FRIDAY ONLY - $20 (17 & under FREE)

  • SATURDAY ONLY - $30 (17 & under FREE)

  • VIP ACCESS - $80 (includes 2 nights of camping see below, free onsite parking, reserved seating under tents, meet and greet with the bands, branded event cup, event shirt, and food and drink service to your seats.

Due to ongoing field renovations, camping availability for this year’s event is limited.

Car camping is available for purchase on-site for $30 for the weekend.
Camping spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 15.

House Rules

  • No pets allowed on the festival grounds or camping areas: This includes dogs, cats, iguanas, snakes, tigers, and any other animals. 

  • No Alcohol, No Glass Containers. Please feel free to bring in your own cooler with food and non-alcoholic drinks. Beer, Seltzer, Cider, Wine and Mead will be available at the festival in designated areas.   

  • Stage 2 Fire ban is in effect in Clear Creek County. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the festival site.

Note, there is limited paid parking directly at the festival site for $30.00

  • Overflow parking is along the County Road 314 and does require a short walk to the festival grounds.  

  • Additional parking is available in Idaho Springs. There are sidewalks and a number of walking paths from town to the grounds. 

    • PLEASE NOTE: ALL STREET PARKING IN IDAHO SPRINGS IS PAID PARKING UNTIL 6:00PM.

    • Please ensure you do NOT park in any spaces that are marked residential.

  • Our local community is encouraged to walk or bike to the event!

  • PARK and SHUTTLE TO AND FROM EVENT:

    • Shuttle Times: Every 15 - 20 min.

      • FRIDAY - 6:00pm - Midnight

      • SATURDAY - 12:00pm - Midnight

    • Shuttle Stops

      • Highway 103 Overflow lot (paid parking until 6:00pm) - Southeast side of hwy across from Carlson elementary. See map. 

      • Clear Creek Rec Center - 98th 12th Avenue, Idaho Springs, CO 80452 (paid parking until 6:00pm) - Park in lot SE of rec center. Walk to the rec center driveway for shuttle pickup. 

      • Old Locomotive (paid parking until 6:00pm) - 1711 Miner St, Idaho Springs, CO 80452

      • Indian Hot Springs / Soda Creek  (Free Parking in Indian Hot Springs RV lot MAP)

Service Animals Only Please

Service animals are working animals trained to perform tasks for the benefit of individuals with physical or mental disabilities such as: 

  • Guiding people who are blind,

  • Alerting people who are deaf,

  • Alerting and protecting people who are prone to seizures,

  • Or other tasks directly related to a disability.

Dogs whose function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

If your pet is not a service animal, please make arrangements for the animal as they will not be allowed on festival property

We've said it MANY times before, and we'll say it MANY more times - this festival could NOT happen without all of you - our volunteers!

Rapidgrass Festival volunteers receive 2 free beer tickets, special Rapidgrass volunteer shirt, event cup, and one meal per shift! Make sure you sign up for a shift on both Friday and Saturday/Sunday).
